GG Bled manages the forests owned by the Archdiocese Ljubljana which received the PEFC^TM Certificate on 11 April 2016.

The PEFC^TM Certificate certifies that the wood is harvested from the forest managed in a sustainable way in compliance with predefined rules. PEFC^TM is the world's largest forest certification system. 

The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC^TM) is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management.

The company GG Bled owns the PEFC^TM Certificate and a licence to sell the PEFC^TM certified wood. This means that certified wood can be tracked (supervision over the wood origin) - Chain of Custody (CoC). We obtained the PEFC^TM Certificate on 16 June 2016.

The Certificate gives the end consumer a possibility to follow a chain of delivered wood and to track the wood from the forest to the final product.
